When you Add a new record The Union Organizer will display this warning screen if you are entering a record that already seems to exist based on the Lastname and Firstname. This feature is very handy for preventing the accumulation of bad data. The Wa rning may occasionally be a false alarm. If the record(s) displayed are not the same as that which you are entering then simply click Cancel. This screen will close and you may continue with your new record. If one of the displayed records (or the record if only one is shown) is the same as the person that you were entering, then click on that row and then click OK. The New record that you were adding will be eliminated and the warning screen will close. The Main Data Screen will still be in Edit mode but the active record will now be the existing record.
