The User Defined Fields Page

The eight User Defined Fields are found on the Special Page of the Main Data Screen. These fields allow you to modify The Union Organizer to better meet the specific needs of your organization. Perhaps you need a field that The Union Organizer doesn't include, or maybe you need to track some highly specific data over a short period. Assign these fields as you see fit.

You may rename the fields. When you rename one of these fields its name is changed in the Main Data Table and anywhere else the field appears - the Main Data Screen, the Browse Screen, the Sort Order Utility, the UNION.dbf Table, and this screen.

The field Description is the text of the Hint Boxes for these fields (those little yellow info boxes that pop up when you move the mouse pointer over things).
